Additionally, Etowah Outfitters/ Etowah Gear ships merchandise to Canada, United Kingdom, South Korea, Japan, Mexico,  many other countries, and other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier

All used product falls under Warranty.  We are not heartless.  With that said, If we do accept a used or damaged product back as a return.   Email us first , for repair or warranty of item approval.
